The Executive team have developed a set of guidelines they will use in evaluating which presentations and proposals will be taken to the architect:

Written SummaryThe summary details the rationale for design choices made, and discusses not only why choices were made but also why other options were decided against. The summary is articulate and would make sense to a reader without seeing the floor plan also.The summary is clear, and details the design proposals that the team would like to see. Specifics are left out of the summary, and there is little or no rationale for design choices.
Floor PlanThe floor plan is clearly drawn and labeled. The floor plan is clear of obstructions, promotes team interaction, and provides efficient routes between high-traffic areas.The floor plan is cluttered and unpolished. The general idea of the space is evident.The floor plan would not be suitable for any team. Little thought or effort was involved in its creation.
PresentationThe presentation is well-crafted, engaging, and details why the team needs the space, what design aspects they would introduce to help them work more efficiently, and is presented confidently.The presentation is informative and well-made, but the presenter(s) are lacking in presentation skill.The presentation is unclear, missing information, or confusing. The presenter(s) are lacking in presentation skill.
